Our Legacy Since 1946
Harbor-UCLA Medical Center has provided health care services to insured and uninsured Los Angeles County residents. The hospital serves over three million residents of southwestern Los Angeles County across a catchment area that includes Los Angeles International Airport, Inglewood, Wats, San Pedro and continues to the Orange County border.

With an annual operating budget of over $1.3 billion, Harbor-UCLA Medical Center is home to over 4,300 staff, including 500 physician faculty affiliated with the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. The hospital operates 373 inpatient beds, including intensive care and psychiatric units, and serves over 92,000 emergency visits annually.

Building the Future of Healthcare
To meet California’s 2030 seismic requirements, Harbor-UCLA Medical Center is undergoing a campus replacement project, which includes a 347-bed inpatient hospital, outpatient clinic, central plant, and support facilities.
